PPE Asahi Kasei PV40Z is an unreinforced, flame‑retardant modified polyphenylene ether (PPE/PS alloy, also known as PPO). It features good impact strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability.

Main Applications

Electrical‑Electronic Industry: Housings for TV, computer, fax machine, copier and other electronic devices; components requiring flame retardancy and electrical insulation such as connectors, switches and relays.

Automotive Industry: Automotive parts including instrument panel components, window frames, pump filter screens.

Industrial Parts: Mechanical components such as gears, bearings, pump impellers, blower fan blades; corrosion‑resistant chemical parts including pipes, valves and filter discs.
